DR. JENNIE STANFORD, MD, FAAFP, DipABOM
I'm Jennie, the founder of Happy Easy Meals. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, followed by a Doctorate of Medicine degree with two board certifications, Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. I'm a wife and a busy mom of 2, and I work full-time in hospital medicine outside of Happy Easy Meals.
I bring you an evidence-based approach to applying nutrition and lifestyle medicine to feel and function at your best.
